The Gulf Training Solutions has developed a comprehensive franchise system which provides the Franchisee with the following components:

  • Right to use GTS trade name, product and service marks.

  • GTS support system facilitates sharing of its experience in the field of Training For Employment, sales and marketing, business administration and accounting practices.


  • Our Business Partner will also benefit from the established principles, practices and corporate policies of GTS, which have been fine-tuned to optimize the day-to-day running of the franchised center.

  • A two-week training program for the center staff of the franchised center.This training covers areas of administration, accounting, admission and the day-to-day running of the franchised center, and qualifies the franchisee staff to operate the unit successfully. Training includes the GTS business concept, objectives, mission and philosophy, management, leadership, teamwork, supervisory techniques, products and services knowledge in addition to communication, support responsibilities and obligations. The training program is divided into two types of instruction, namely classroom training and hands-on training.

  • Training and Assistance from the GTS support team, in establishing and operating all aspects of the franchised center as part of launch support.

  • Business Partner and selected franchised center staff will attend further training programs when deemed necessary by GTS to ensure continued success

  • Complete guidelines for conduct of GTS authorized courses.
    These guidelines will be in the form of:

    • Syllabus
    • lesson plans
    • Scheme of Work

  • Assistance with the identification of the most suitable site for the establishment of the franchised center, evaluation of site plans and advice on construction and refurbishment of the premises.

  • Complete set of GTS manuals, which cover all the important functional domains.
    These Manuals are:

    • Operations Manual
    • Marketing Manual
    • Program offering Manual
    • Academic Administration Manual
    • Teachers Trainign Manual
    • Accounting Manual and
    • Norms & Standard Manual

  • GTS provides access to well thought marketing plans. These include below and above the line marketing material and advertising campaigns.

  • Opportunity to network with other Franchisees through participating in the GTS newsletter, meetings, seminars, training and the ‘Franchisee of the Year’ program.

  • Periodic visits by the GTS Franchisee Team to the franchised center in order to provide an opportunity for review, analysis, advice and guidance
