Gulf Training Solutions (GTS) has been established in 2001 to cover a broader spectrum of training activities. The Mandate of GTS is to facilitate and accelerate the process of localization of the workforce through Training for Employment Programs in all sectors of the economy. For this purpose GTS works in conjunction with other training providers and institutions that posses the necessary expertise, technology and infrastructual /academic resources.

In addition to the Training for Employment Programs in sectors like Garment, Manufacturing, Banks, Financial institutions, telecommunications companies and others, GTS also undertakes consultancy and outreach Programs.

GTS is the first training institute in Bahrain to attain the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certification. Such certification is critical for any service sector particularly for education wherein each intangible factor is standardized. Towards this endeavor all the courses are delivered within a framework of quality system in accordance to the international ISO 9001:2000.

The Gulf Training Solutions is owned and operated by the prestigious Bahrain based Dadabhai Group. Established in the early 1950s, the Dadabhai group is one of the most prominent business entities in Bahrain.

A well-defined diversification strategy has enabled the Group to build upon its foundations and expand its operations both horizontally and vertically. The Baisan Institute of Hospitality Management was created to create manpower for the growing hospitality industry.
